Location of Leaks

Once leakage is detected, the leak can be located by a proven method, such as smartex^® lp.

The leak is easier to locate if the conductive felt under membrane has already been partitioned into smaller testing cells. This system makes it possible to maintain the good condition of the roofing membrane and to conserve elements of the building itself in a simple and cost effective manner.
